All merchandise is sold AS-IS, with no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

By purchasing from Miami Discount General LLC, the buyer acknowledges and understands that liquidation inventory may include:

  • customer returns
  • salvage merchandise
  • shelf pulls
  • overstock items
  • damaged, incomplete, or non-functional products

The buyer agrees that items may be second-hand, previously used, missing parts, or not fully functional.
Miami Discount General LLC makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding:

  • condition
  • performance
  • safety
  • or suitability for any intended purpose

📦 Item Condition Definitions

Below are the categories used to describe merchandise conditions. Actual conditions may vary within each pallet or truckload.

1. Overstock / Box Damage

These items have not been opened and are generally fully functional and retail-ready. Packaging may show signs of handling, distress, or cosmetic damage.
Includes: overstock, closeouts, excess inventory, and shelf pulls.

2. Uninspected Returns

Customer-returned items that vary in condition.

  • Many items may be functional and retail-ready
  • Some may have cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, signs of use)
  • Items may be missing accessories, manuals, or small parts
  • Most arrive in original packaging, which may show wear

Condition is not guaranteed.

3. Scratch & Dent

Items may have cosmetic damage and/or functionality issues.

  • Functionality not guaranteed
  • Accessories, chargers, or manuals may be missing
  • Packaging is often non-retail or replaced
  • Review manifest notes when available for specific details

4. Salvage

These items are non-functional, heavily damaged, or suitable only for parts and repair.

  • Not guaranteed to work
  • Typically missing accessories and manuals
  • Packaging is generally non-retail

Best suited for refurbishers and parts resellers.

Miami Discount General LLC is not responsible for:

  • consequential or incidental damages
  • loss of profits
  • business interruptions
  • indirect or special damages

In all cases, the company’s total liability shall not exceed the order value.

đź“ť Tax-Exempt Status

Buyers requesting tax-exempt purchasing must submit a valid and current tax-exemption form before completing any taxable orders.

Sales tax will be charged until tax-exempt status is reviewed and officially approved.
