Miami Discount General LLC values your business and aims to provide full transparency in how we operate—especially regarding liquidation merchandise. Because of the nature of the products we sell, our return policy is unique and must be fully understood before purchasing.


1. No Returns Policy

All sales made by Miami Discount General LLC are final.
We operate under a strict No Returns Policy for all pallet, truckload, and wholesale product purchases.

The only exception is if Miami Discount General LLC ships or provides the wrong product that does not match your invoice.


2. Liquidated Merchandise – Sold “As Is.”

All products sold by Miami Discount General LLC are liquidation goods.
This means:

  • Items may vary in quality, condition, or packaging
  • Products may be overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, discontinued items, or salvage
  • Some products may not be fully functional
  • Packaging may be damaged or incomplete

Due to the unpredictable nature of liquidation merchandise, all items are sold “as is.”
The buyer accepts full responsibility for the condition and quality of the products upon purchase.


3. Understanding Liquidation Products

Liquidation goods originate from various retailers and sources.
They may include:

  • Excess inventory
  • Overstock and discontinued products
  • Customer returns
  • Box-damaged or shelf-pull items

Because of this, Miami Discount General LLC cannot guarantee the functionality, completeness, or cosmetic condition of any item.


4. No Exceptions (Except Wrong Deliveries)

Returns are not accepted for any reason, including, but not limited to:

  • Quality concerns
  • Packaging defects
  • Damaged or broken items
  • Missing accessories
  • Functional issues

The only exception is when the incorrect product is delivered to you.
In such cases, we will correct the mistake promptly.


5. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise before finalizing the purchase:

In-Person Buyers:

Inspect pallets or items in our warehouse before paying.

Online / Remote Buyers:

Review all photos, videos, or live walkthroughs carefully before confirming your order.

Once an item is accepted and paid for:

✔ The sale is final
✘ No returns will be accepted
✘ No credit or compensation will be issued


6. Wrong Product Deliveries

If you believe you received an item that does not match your invoice, please contact us immediately.

We will:

  • Verify the incorrect delivery
  • Provide a correction or replacement when applicable
  • Arrange a resolution as quickly as possible

This is the only scenario in which a remedy is offered.


7. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and/or payment is made:

  • Cancellations are not allowed
  • The order is considered final

If an invoice needs modification after processing has begun, Miami Discount General LLC reserves the right to apply:

  • Modification fees
  • Restocking fees

These fees cover labor, handling, and administrative work already completed.


8. Policy Updates

Miami Discount General LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Return Policy at any time.
Any updates will be posted through our official channels or website.


9. Your Agreement

By purchasing from Miami Discount General LLC, you acknowledge and accept:

  • The No Returns Policy
  • That all merchandise is sold as-is
  • That liquidation products vary in condition
  • The buyer is responsible for inspection prior to purchase
  • The only exception applies to wrong product deliveries
